Solution: In this case the small business already had everything installed they would need to provide VPN (Virtual Private Network) access. We configured VPN access along with Remote Desktop, a tool built into every Windows operating system. They are now able to use VPN and Microsoft Remote desktop to access their office PC as though they were sitting in front of it. This solution even supports remote printing, multiple monitors, etc. and the ongoing cost of this solution is ZERO.
